Cook straight from frozen
Bhindi Sabzi (Shaak)
Method
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat until very hot.
- Add the cumin and mustard seeds and sizzle untill they pop.
- Add aesofotedia.
- After 5 seconds, add Shana ready cut Okra into the seasoned hot oil and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and garlic, stir in remaining ingredients and cook for further 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Ideal accompaniments for this dish are Shana Paratha, Shana Chapatti, Naan Bread, Roti or Rice.

| 1 tsp | 'Dhanajeera' Powder (Cumin & Coriander mix) |

| 1 tsp | Salt |
Method
