Shana Garlic Naan is tandoor flame baked using a traditional recipe with only the finest ingredients, with a distinctive uneven charcoaled appearance and a unique aroma. Absolutely no preservatives, flavourings or eggs go into making Shana Naans.
 Wheat Flour (42%), Water, Garlic (9%), Coriander, Corn Oil, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500).

 Remove the Shana Naan from its wrapping and cook straight from frozen. Ensure the naan is hot throughout before serving.

- Heat a non-stick frying pan until medium hot.

- Place the frozen Shana Naan on the pan and cook for 2 minutes, gently moving it around the pan.
- Turn over and repeat the process, applying gentle pressure to the naan.

Alternatively you can also cook Shana Naan in the following ways:

Grill
- Sprinkle the frozen Shana Naan with water and place under a pre-heated grill on medium heat.
- Cook both sides for approximately 2 - 3 minutes.

Oven
- Sprinkle the frozen Shana Naan with water and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180°c.
- Cook for approximately 6 – 8 minutes.

 
Toaster
- Cook in toaster until your Shana Naan is crispy.
