An authentically spiced generous Aloo filling folded in a deliciously crisp Roti.
Prepared in the oven, Shana Half Moon™ Aloo Rotis are a new, unique and innovative way to enjoy the combination of Aloo and Roti.
Roti: Whole Wheat Flour (46%), Water, Margarine, Emulsion (E471), Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder.

Filling: Potato (60%), Onions, Water, Palm Oil, Salt, Coriander, Ginger, Curry Leaf, Garlic, Green Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Mixed Spices.

 Oven:

- Place frozen Shana Half Moon™ Roti on a baking tray
- Cook for 5-6 minutes in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 180°C - 200°C

Alternatively you can also cook Shana Half Moon™ Roti in the pan:

- Defrost Shana Half Moon™ Roti in the microwave on full power for 30 seconds
- Heat a non-stick pan until medium hot and place the defrosted Shana Half Moon™ Roti on the pan
- Cook for 2-3 minutes gently moving it around the pan
- Turn over and repeat process aplying gentel pressure on the Shana Half Moon™ Roti
